Overview
Users can easily upload or update a profile photo for an employee directly from the Staff table. This helps ensure that each employee profile is complete and visually identifiable across the platform. It's a quick way to maintain professionalism and consistency across your organization.
Steps to Upload an Employee's Profile Photo
1. Navigate to the Staff Page

Go to People > Staff.
2. Select an Employee

Locate and click on the employee you want to update from the Staff table.
3. Hover Over the Profile Image

Move your cursor over the employee's current avatar or placeholder image.
4. Click the Pencil Icon

Click on the "Upload profile picture" pencil icon that appears.
5. Upload and Adjust the Photo

A modal will prompt you to Add a picture.

Select an image from your device.

Use the crop tool to drag, zoom, and align the image as needed.
6. Save the Changes

Click Save to apply the updated profile photo to the employee’s profile.
