Overview: If you need to edit an HR note attached to an employee's profile, users who created the note can easily manage this within the platform.
Follow these steps to make the necessary changes:
- Access Employee Profile: Navigate to "People > Staff" from the navigation sidebar and select the employee's profile where the note is located.
- Open HR Notes: Click on the "HR notes" tab within the employee's profile.
- Edit the Note: Click on the ellipsis (three dots) next to the note you want to edit and select "Edit". You will be directed to an edit view where you can make your changes.
- Save Your Changes: Once done, click "Save" to apply the updates.
Note: If you don’t have access to edit a particular note, you may need to request the note creator or your HR manager to make the edits for you.
