Overview: Assigning a dedicated HR manager to an employee allows them to connect or schedule a call for HR-related matters about their employment. It also helps other users within the company identify and reach out to the appropriate HR manager for employee-specific HR questions or concerns.
This guide will walk you through how to create and assign a dedicated HR manager to an employee.
How to Know When an Employee Doesn't Have an Assigned HR Manager:
If an employee is on the HR Core plan type and their employee contract has been approved, their profile will be automatically created without an assigned HR manager.

Navigate to the Employee's Profile: Go to the employee's profile page.

Find the HR Manager Section: In the employee profile, check the HR Manager section to see if an HR Manager has been assigned.
How to Assign or Edit an HR Manager:

Navigate to HR Manager Section: Go to the HR Manager section within the employee’s profile.

Edit or Assign HR Manager: Click on the pencil icon to assign or edit an HR manager.

Select or Create an Agent: A pop-up modal will appear. You can either select an existing HR agent from the dropdown or click 'Create a new agent' to add a new one.

Create a New Agent: If adding a new agent, fill out the form with the HR Manager's details, including Name, Email, Phone, Calendly Link, and Profile Photo.

Submit the Information: Once done, click "Submit." The new HR agent will be automatically added to the employee’s profile and included in the list of existing agents.
Final Step:
Employees and other users can now schedule calls with the assigned HR Manager for any HR matters related to the employee.
