Overview: If you have a promising candidate that you wish to invite for an interview or extend a job offer to, mark them appropriately within the platform. This action allows our Talent Fulfillment team to proceed with the next steps in the recruitment process.
This guide will help you move candidates through the hiring pipeline, from scheduling an interview to potentially offering them a position within your company.
To Schedule an Interview:
- Access Jobs: Head to "Talent Fulfillment > Jobs" to see the list of positions.
- Select the Job: Find the job for which the candidate has applied.
- Progress to Interview: Click "Progress" next to the candidate's name you're considering for an interview.
Our Talent Fulfillment team will receive a notification about your decision and will arrange an interview schedule with you and the candidate.
To Extend a Job Offer:
- Navigate to Jobs: Go to "Talent Fulfillment > Jobs" and locate the relevant job position.
- Ensure Interview Status: The candidate should be in the "Interview" status before proceeding. This ensures they’ve passed the initial screening and interview stages.
- Offer Progress: Click "Progress" next to the candidate's name you intend to offer a job.
Upon doing so, our Talent Fulfillment Team will be informed and proceed to draft an employment contract for your and the candidate's review.
