Our talent recruitment team sources and screens quality remote candidates for your approved positions. You'll receive notifications to review each properly screened candidate as they become available. The platform provides detailed information about the candidates, including their interview results, assessments, employment history, and cost projections.
We've organized the review process by providing comprehensive candidate information to help you determine if they're the right fit for your role. As soon as you approve a requisition, our Talent Fulfillment team starts searching for candidates and adds them to the "Jobs" list when they pass the screening stage or are marked as 'short-listed'. You can easily access and assess the qualifications of each candidate.
To delve into the profiles of candidates shortlisted for a specific job:

Go to Jobs: Navigate to "Talent Fulfillment > Jobs" to find an overview of jobs related to your approved requisitions.

Select a Job: Pick the job title to open the list of candidates associated with that position.

Review Candidate Profiles: Click on a candidate's name to view their detailed profile.
The enhanced candidate profile will then display, offering details about the candidate and any documents the Talent Fulfillment Team has compiled for your review. The interface now includes multiple tabs - Details, AI Interview, Documents, and Estimated costs - that organize all candidate information for efficient evaluation.
From this view, you can use the Progress or Reject buttons to advance promising candidates to the next stage or remove those who don't meet your requirements.
