Need to access an employee’s information or employment records?
Overview: Once an employee has fully onboarded, you can view everything from personal and contact details to employment specifics and documents for any employee.
- Access Profiles: Navigate to "People > Staff" on the left sidebar to find the complete list of employees.
- Select an Employee: Choose an employee to view their profile.
- Explore Information: Within the employee's profile, you can browse through various tabs such as Profile, Job, Costs, Documents, HR notes and Incident Reports to locate the specifics you need.
Important Note: For employees who haven’t completed onboarding, be aware that some information may not be fully available until they finish all onboarding steps.
