Overview: If you have been added as a collaborator to a request submitted by another user, you can view its details and conversation, track its status, and add comments under the 'Shared Request' section.
Collaborators are typically added by the Outstaffer team when necessary, such as when an employee submits a request requiring approval from another user or when another user needs to be informed about an ongoing request.
To view and manage shared requests, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to 'Requests': Go to the 'Requests' page, found on the left side of your navigation menu.
2. Access Shared Requests: Click on the 'Shared requests' tab to see the requests where you’ve been added as a collaborator.
3. Review and Interact: Click on a specific request to view its details, track its status, and add further comments.
