Submitting a Request:
Submitting a request is quick and ensures your concern reaches the right support team for fast resolution. Just follow these steps:

Go to "Requests":
Find and click on "Requests" in the left-hand navigation menu. -
Select a Category:
In the "New Requests" tab, you’ll see categories that group similar request types. Choose the category that best matches your need. -
Choose a Request Type:
After selecting a category, pick the specific request type that aligns with your issue. This will open the appropriate form for you to fill out. -
Provide Details:
Complete the form with all the necessary information and upload any relevant attachments. This ensures the right person can assist you quickly and efficiently. -
Review and Submit:
Double-check your information, then hit the "Submit" button to send your request. -
Track Your Request:
After submission, your request will appear under "My Requests," where you can monitor its progress.
What Happens Next?
Our dedicated Support teams will review your request and get back to you. You will receive an email notification acknowledging that the request has been created, along with further notifications once a support team member has added a comment within your request.
