To set their status correctly, follow the steps below:
- Head to Jobs: Navigate to "Talent Fulfillment > Jobs" to access the list of current job openings.
- Find the Job: Select the job for which the candidate was considered.
- Initiate Rejection: Click "Reject" next to the name of the candidate you wish to reject.
- Explain Your Decision: Enter a reason for the rejection and any additional feedback that could guide our Talent Fulfillment team in future screenings.
- Confirm Rejection: Click the "Reject" button again to finalize your decision.
