Log the hours you worked each week and send them to your manager for approval. Timesheets are approved a week at a time, and the fastest way is to fill in the whole week at once.
Open Timesheets. Select Timesheets in the menu. The page shows the current week; use the arrows or the calendar icon to change weeks.
Click Quick fill the week. A form opens with every day of the week.
Tick the days you worked. Or click Auto fill to tick Monday to Friday and copy the first day's hours to the rest of the week.
Enter your hours. For each day choose the Entry type (for example Work) and enter Time in and Time out; Hours fills in automatically. Use Add hours for a split shift, and Additional notes (optional) for anything your manager should know. Total hours worked updates at the bottom.
Submit. Click Submit for approval. Each day changes to Submitted and the week appears under Submitted timesheets.
Good to know
To log a single day instead, click Add under that day, fill in the entry form (with Comments to your manager if needed) and click Submit. This saves the day only; click Submit for approval below the week when the week is complete.
You can still edit a submitted day until it's approved. Approved days are locked.
Only Work entries count toward your total hours worked. Paid time off and Unpaid time off entries don't.
