Most pay differences come from attendance gaps or timing, not an error.
The usual causes are:
A missed clock-in or clock-out with no COA (Certificate of Attendance) filed.
A holiday or rest day worked without a Schedule Adjustment filed in Sprout.
Leave taken without enough leave credits, which is treated as unpaid.
A correction or approval that landed after your payroll cutoff — it pays out in the next cycle.
The year-end tax annualisation (around October to December), a true-up of your tax, not a rate change.
Check My Attendance / My Biologs in Sprout first — most discrepancies show there before payday. If something still looks wrong, raise a platform ticket addressed to your HR contact with specific dates and your payslip.
