Overview
Outstaffer lets company users submit a Talent Request from either the Dashboard or the Requests tab. The workflow is simple, with only a slight variation depending on the type of hiring service you choose — either AI Recruiter or Talent Recruitment.
Ways to Submit a Request
You can start a Talent Request in two places:
From the Dashboard: Use the Start Hiring button on the banner
From the Requests tab: Navigate to Requests > Add New.
Both paths lead to the same request flow.
Workflow Based on Request Type

Use this when you want Outstaffer's AI to handle automated screening, validation and shortlisting.
Role Requirements
Enter job title, description, key skills, preferred employee location and annual budget.
Job Boards
Select which platforms you want the job posted to (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc).
Payment Processing
Review the cost summary and breakdown, then enter your credit card details to complete payment.
Book Calibration Call
Choose a suitable time to meet with your Staffing Solutions Manager.
👥 Talent Recruitment (2 Steps)
Use this when you prefer hands-on support from our internal recruitment team.
Role Requirements
Enter job title, description, key skills, preferred employee location, salary budget, and hiring objective.
Book Calibration Call
Schedule time to speak with your Staffing Solutions Manager to discuss your hiring needs.
What Happens Next?
Once submitted, your Staffing Solutions Manager and Talent team are notified immediately. We begin the process by:
Sourcing suitable talent,
Reaching out with qualified candidates, or
Scheduling a meeting with you to clarify requirements or offer recommendations.
Tips for Better Results
Be Specific with Job Titles: Use standard, industry-recognised role titles.
Include Context: Mention why the role is important and how it fits into your team or project.
Set Realistic Salary Ranges: Helps reduce delays by aligning candidate expectations.
Prioritize Skills: Focus on must-haves rather than nice-to-haves.
