Overview
'Owner' users have the ability to upload or update a profile picture on behalf of another user. This is useful for standardising user profiles or helping team members who may not have uploaded their photo yet. The process is quick and ensures visual identification is consistent across your organization.
Steps to Upload a Profile Picture for Another User
1. Navigate to Company Settings

Go to Company Settings > User Permissions.
2. Search and Select the User

Use the search bar to find the user whose profile photo you want to upload or update.

Click on the user's name to access their settings.
3. Open the Profile Picture Editor

Click the pencil icon next to the profile image section.

If no image is uploaded yet, you’ll see an Add Profile Picture button.
4. Upload and Adjust the Photo

Choose a photo from your device.

Adjust the image using the built-in cropping tool (drag, zoom, and align as needed).
5. Save Changes

Click Save to confirm and upload the image.

The new profile picture will now display for the selected user across the platform.
