🤔Why Was My 2FA Reset?
Your 2FA may have been reset due to the following reasons:
- Account Recovery Request – You contacted Outstaffer Support to reset your 2FA after losing access.
- Security Policy Updates – Your company or Outstaffer may have enforced a reset due to updated security protocols.
Regardless of the reason, re-enrolling in 2FA is quick and easy! Follow the steps below.

❔Don’t Have an Authenticator App Yet?
If you previously used SMS-based 2FA, you may not have an authenticator app installed. Setting one up is quick and easy!
🔒 Authenticator apps generate secure, time-sensitive codes directly on your device, offering a much safer alternative to SMS-based 2FA.
