Schedule Adjustment Application for PH Employees
The Schedule Adjustment Application is designed to help employees in the Philippines manage specific changes to their work schedules and ensure they receive the correct compensation for these adjustments. There are only four scenarios when you should file a Schedule Adjustment:
1. Temporary Schedule Change
- Under the My Requests tab, select the My Schedule Adjustments from the drop-down list that appears.
- At the upper right corner of the page, click on Add.
- Enter the Effectivity Date of the schedule change and the Requested Schedule (Shift Start and Shift End). The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Click on the Proceed button afterward.
- The Schedule Adjustment Request will then appear based on the selected date and time of schedule changes. Click the Rest Day and No Break symbols as necessary. Enter the reason for the change in the schedule then click Apply.
- The Rest Day box should ONLY be ticked if you are going to work on a rest day.
- On the other hand, the No Break box should ONLY be ticked if the employee has no break time for that day.
- You will be notified when the request is successfully submitted to your dedicated HR manager.
2. Work on Philippine Holidays
- Under the My Requests tab, select the My Schedule Adjustments from the drop-down list that appears.
- At the upper right corner of the page, click on Add.
- Enter the Effectivity Date of the schedule change and the Requested Schedule (Shift Start and Shift End). The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Click on the Proceed button afterward.
- Notice that the scheduled shift is initially greyed out.
- Click on the padlock icon to open the schedule fields and enter your new work schedule to make it a working holiday. The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Enter the reason for the change in the schedule then click Apply.
- You will be notified when the request is successfully submitted to your dedicated HR manager.
3. Work on Rest Days
- Under the My Requests tab, select the My Schedule Adjustments from the drop-down list that appears.
- At the upper right corner of the page, click on Add.
- Enter the Effectivity Date of the schedule change and the Requested Schedule (Shift Start and Shift End). The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Click on the Proceed button afterward.
- Notice the following:
- The scheduled shift is initially greyed out.
- Make Rest Day box is checked
- The padlock icon is locked
- Click on the padlock icon to open the schedule fields and enter your new work schedule to make it a working rest day. The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Enter the reason for the change in the schedule then click Apply.
- Do not uncheck the Make Rest Day box.
- Do not uncheck the Make Rest Day box.
- You will be notified when the request is successfully submitted to your dedicated HR manager.
4. Change in Rest Day
- Under the My Requests tab, select the My Schedule Adjustments from the drop-down list that appears.
- At the upper right corner of the page, click on Add.
- Enter the Effectivity Date of the schedule change and the Requested Schedule (Shift Start and Shift End). The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Click on the Proceed button afterward.
- Notice the following:
- The scheduled shift is initially greyed out.
- Make Rest Day box is checked
- The padlock icon is locked
- Uncheck the Make Rest Day box to open the schedule fields and enter your new work schedule to change your rest day. The break time field is auto-populated once the shift end field is filled out. Enter the reason for the change in the schedule then click Apply.
- You will be notified when the request is successfully submitted to your dedicated HR manager.
Additional Notes:
- Alternatively, you may file a Schedule Adjustment using the My Stuff option. The same process as above applies.
- Schedule Adjustment requests must have documented approval from the ultimate employer/direct manager before the dedicated HR manager approves it in Sprout.
- Once you have obtained your ultimate employer's approval, lodge a request via the Outstaffer Platform simultaneously with your Sprout application. The process is as follows:
- Log in to the Outstaffer Platform.
- On the left panel, click on Requests.
- Under Leave and Attendance, select Attendance Adjustment.
- Fill out the required fields and upload your ultimate employer's approval.
- Click Submit.
