Overview:
This guide helps you review and approve a candidate’s offer and employment contract after they’ve accepted a job offer. Once you’ve approved the contract created by our Talent Success team, the candidate will be invited to complete their self-enrollment, and the onboarding process will begin.
Agreed on an offer? Here’s how to finalise it in the system and start the employment and onboarding process.
How to Know When a Contract is Ready for Review:
You’ll be notified as soon as a contract is ready for your review. Here’s how:
- Email Notification: You'll receive an email from our system informing you that the draft contract is ready to be reviewed.
- System Notification: Additionally, a notification will appear within the platform, allowing you to click directly through to awaiting contract
Review Draft Contract:
- Our team will prepare the draft contract, for your review it can be found under
- "People > Onboarding" with the status "Awaiting review"
- Clicking on the contract will open the summary page where you can review all the details as discussed and agreed
Everything looks good, let's begin onboarding:

- After reviewing the contract when everything looks good, simply click "Invite Employee"
- This will trigger the onboarding invitation for the employee to begin their self-enrolment process.
Not quite right:
- Something's not quite right or you have questions, don't worry you can return the contract for further revision
- When changes are required, click the orange "Request Changes"
- A new popup will appear, use this to enter the required updates for our team to complete, then click "Confirm" to return to Outstaffer.com for updates.
