If you believe a charge is incorrect, your first step is to raise it with your dedicated HR Manager. They have access to the same data behind every charge — the Cost of Employment view, the actual invoice, the Payroll Reconciliation Report, and the approval workflow records — and can walk you through the line item in question.
If the issue is not resolved at this level, your HR Manager will escalate to the Head of HR Services or the Payroll Practice Manager for a deeper review. Further escalation, if needed, goes to the Head of AI Talent Success.
