Overview: As a manager, it's important to ensure that employee timesheets are accurate before approval. The Outstaffer platform allows you to easily review, approve, or reject timesheets submitted by your team. This guide will walk you through the approval process.
How to Approve a Timesheet Entry:
- Navigate to Timesheets: In the Outstaffer platform, go to the "Timesheets" section.
- View Submitted Timesheets: You'll be directed to the "Ready for approval" tab, where you can see a list of employees who have submitted their timesheets.
- Review the Timesheets: You can approve or reject timesheets directly from the table, or click on an employee’s row to view the details for that week.
- Approve or Reject: If everything looks good, click "Approve." If changes are needed, click "Reject" and provide a reason for rejection.
- Notify the Employee: Once you’ve approved or rejected the timesheet, the employee will be notified. If rejected, they can make corrections and resubmit the timesheet.
