A deduction shown on your payslip means the contribution was remitted for you. Government posting can lag the actual payment because of agency-side processing and reconciliation at the SSS (Social Security System), PhilHealth (Philippine Health Insurance Corporation) and Pag-IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund, or HDMF).
If a posting still looks missing: raise a platform ticket addressed to your HR indicating the months in question and a screenshot of your online record.
Keep your payslips — they are your proof of deduction.
