You can upload or update a profile picture for yourself, for another user in your account, or for an employee. Photos appear on the dashboard, in comments, and on records, making it easy to identify who made changes or submitted actions.

Upload your own profile picture

  • Click your avatar in the upper-right corner of the platform, then click the pencil icon.

  • Choose a photo from your device, then drag, align, or zoom the photo within the circular crop area.

  • Click Save. You can change or remove your photo at any time from the same place.

  • Alternatively, go to Company Settings > User Permissions, find your name, click the pencil icon, and follow the same upload steps.
