Statutory charges are mandatory employer contributions and deductions required by the labour law of the country where your employee is based. Examples:
Singapore: Central Provident Fund (CPF), Skills Development Levy (SDL), CDAC (or other community fund deductions)
Philippines: Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund)
Vietnam: Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance
Thailand: Social Security Fund
Outstaffer pays these on your behalf to the relevant authority, and bills them back to you at cost. The amounts are determined by the local government, not by Outstaffer — we're the conduit.
You'll see these as separate line items on your subscription invoice, with each item corresponding to a specific contribution or deduction defined in local law.
