Public holiday loading and night differentials are mandated by local labour law and applied automatically — they don't require your approval.
Many countries require employers to pay loaded rates for work performed on public holidays or during night hours. These loadings are mandated by local labour law and are applied automatically by Outstaffer's payroll system — they don't require your approval.
For example, in the Philippines, an employee working US business hours receives an automatic 10% night differential loading on their hourly rate. Public holidays worked in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and other covered countries similarly attract loaded rates per the local labour code.
Because these loadings vary based on actual hours worked and which days are public holidays, they're captured in the reconciliation and billed on the debit invoice.
