Your monthly Payroll Reconciliation Report shows, line by line and employee by employee, the difference between what we billed and what was actually paid out.
The Payroll Reconciliation Report is the master document that explains, line by line and employee by employee, the difference between what we billed you and what was actually paid out. It is produced monthly and is available on request from your dedicated HR Manager — completed by the 10th of the following month.
The report shows, for each employee:
Actual payroll paid in local currency — gross salary, net salary, statutory contributions, deductions, allowances, bonuses, commissions
The exchange rate used for reconciliation — the actual rate at which we converted the local payroll into your billing currency
Actual payroll converted to your billing currency — the same items in AUD or USD
The amount we billed on the subscription invoice — for the same items, at the locked rate
The difference line by line — positive numbers are debits (under-billed), negative numbers are credits (over-billed)
Total per employee, plus any cross-border fee and country-specific taxes
If you ever have a question about a credit or debit, the Payroll Reconciliation Report is the place to look — and your dedicated HR Manager can walk you through it.
Why on request, not auto-emailed? As part of our final-stage SOC 2 certification audit and aligned with data-minimisation principles we already follow, sensitive payroll data is delivered only to verified recipients on request, through secure channels. To get your report, message your dedicated HR Manager — they'll have it to you by the next business day.
Coming soon: A self-serve request button in the Outstaffer platform, so you can trigger a request directly without messaging your HR Manager.
