Overview
Owner and Finance users can access and review all invoices directly within the platform. The billing section provides a comprehensive view of both historical and current invoices, allowing you to track payments, due dates, and amounts with ease.
Accessing Your Invoices
Navigate to the Billing Section
- Log into your account
- Click on Billing in the left navigation menu
- Ensure you're on the Invoice tab (this is the default view)
Understanding the Invoice Table
Your invoice list displays the following information:
- Invoice No. - Unique identifier for each invoice
- Status - Current payment status (Posted, Paid, Voided)
- Type - Invoice type (One-time, Recurring)
- Date Created - When the invoice was generated
- Due Date - Payment deadline
- Total - Invoice amount
- Adjustments - Any credits or modifications applied
- Amount Due - Outstanding balance
- Actions - Available actions for each invoice
Viewing Invoice Details
Option 1: View Invoice Pop-up
- Click on any Invoice No. in the table
- A pop-up window will display the full invoice details
- Review all line items, charges, and payment information
- Close the pop-up when finished
Option 2: Download Invoice
- Locate the invoice you want to download
- Click the download icon in the Actions column
- The invoice PDF will be downloaded to your device
