Step-by-Step Guide to Re-Enroll in 2FA

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Go to the Outstaffer login page.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Click “Log In” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 2: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

  1. A QR code will appear on your screen as part of the 2FA re-enrollment process.

  2. Open your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).

Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

  1. Your authenticator app will generate a one-time 6-digit code.

  2. Enter the code into the verification field on the Outstaffer page.

  3. Click “Submit” to complete the setup.

Step 4: Save Your Recovery Code

  1. After verification, you’ll receive a recovery code.

  2. Save this code in a secure place. You’ll need it if you lose access to your authentication device.

  3. Confirm you’ve saved the code by clicking "Continue".

Step 5: Access Your Account

  1. Once authentication is successful, you’ll be redirected to your Outstaffer dashboard.

  2. Your 2FA re-enrollment is now complete! Your account is secured with the latest authentication settings.
