  2. Free the first 2 months when purchasing either a Standard or Premium HR subscription plan for the first time (Promotion #1).

  3. Promotion #1 is for an unlimited number of employees.

  4. Free the first 2 months when purchasing either a Standard or Premium EOR subscription plan for the first time (Promotion #2). 

  5. Promotion #2 is limited to a maximum of 5 employees.

  6. This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Monday, August 19th, 2024, to 11:59 PM Friday, September 20th, 2024 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

  1. The Promotion is open to all new Outstaffer.com customers during the Promotion Period.

How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?

  1. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:

    • Be a new customer (have no existing Outstaffer.com subscriptions and must not have had any active subscriptions in the last 12 months);
    • Sign up a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the relevant Promotion Period, which includes:
      • A paid Standard or Premium HR subscription plan to receive the free HR benefit of Promotion or
      • A paid Standard or Premium EOR subscription plan to receive the free EOR benefit of Promotion or
    • Provide and authorize the use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract and
    • Be a registered business in Australia, USA or Canada.

  2. You may receive both the HR and EOR benefits provided under the Promotion when you purchase both relevant HR subscription and EOR subscription plans for a minimum of 12 months while satisfying the other conditions of clause 6.

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

  1. The Promotion will apply for the duration stated under the Promotions definition, after which the pricing will revert to the product's Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Pricing Page.

Restrictions

  1. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Outstaffer.com. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

  2. Minimum HR and EOR subscription costs apply. See our Pricing Page for more details on minimum subscription costs.

  2. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Outstaffer.com Privacy Policy.

General Terms

  1. Add-on products, including Talent Recruitment, Equipment, Insightful, Health Insurance, Workplaces, and Virtual Workplaces, are not included in the Promotion Period.

  2. Other charges, including Payroll and Security Deposits, are not included in the Promotion Period. 

  3. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.

  4. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.

  5. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

  6. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms is invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision that, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

  7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
