How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?

To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Be a new customer (have no existing Outstaffer.com subscriptions and must not have had any active subscriptions in the last 12 months);
- Sign up a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the relevant Promotion Period, which includes:
- A paid Standard or Premium HR subscription plan to receive the free HR benefit of Promotion or
- A paid Standard or Premium EOR subscription plan to receive the free EOR benefit of Promotion or
- Provide and authorize the use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract and
- Be a registered business in Australia, USA or Canada.

You may receive both the HR and EOR benefits provided under the Promotion when you purchase both relevant HR subscription and EOR subscription plans for a minimum of 12 months while satisfying the other conditions of clause 6.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
- The Promotion will apply for the duration stated under the Promotions definition, after which the pricing will revert to the product's Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Pricing Page.
